This is the story of Irish emigration and two cousins who were from families that had originally come to the UK from Ireland to find work and escape “the troubles”. Dennis Reynolds and Catherine Carolan were married in Kingscourt, County Cavan in 1857. Their children were: Bernard (b: 1864) who eventually went to America and settled in New York
