Gentle Yoga for Over 50s

 Thursday at 2.00 pm – Gentle yoga for over 50s and beginners.  £6 per class.

Each beginner level class has a theme and begins with poses that warm up the body and start to create mobility and internal heat, followed by standing poses and balances to improve stamina and strength then move into seated or supine poses to increase flexibility and prepare the body for relaxation.
